Justice4Tyranny is an international visual artist whose work encompasses social challenges and speculative fiction. He uses film, photography, and digital media to carry his message in art. Matured in international hoods, in which his work reflects the wisdom of the street told with a thought-provoking tongue. He uses a visual eloquence to sometimes provoke emotionally awkward conversations of social injustice and conditioning. Inspired by the philosophies of Marcus Garvey, the writings of Langston Hughes, and Jean Toomer, Justice4Tyranny seeks to drive dialogue and discourse about narratives he cares about, his background, culture, and experience of life. 

Justice4Tyranny displays his work in solo shows and film festivals group exhibitions. In 2018, he participated in exhibitions in Oakland and San Francisco, while producing  his own exhibition, the Sankofa and Art Show. The Sankofa and Art Show is a group art exhibition of seasoned black artists in the San Francisco Bay Area on the peninsula. In 2019, he premiered his latest work Otieno’s Dream at Oakstop gallery in Oakland. When not creating art he is a vocal advocate for the underserved and marginalized communities.  “My Spirit keeps me coming to the studio. I am simply along for the ride.
